Private Events at Crosspointe

Crosspointe is grateful to provide our facility as a gathering place for members and regular attenders to celebrate meaningful moments with family and friends.


Our facilities are available for approved private events such as birthday parties, showers, graduation celebrations, and other special gatherings. We desire for our building to be a place where our church family can connect, celebrate, and create lasting memories together.

Facility Use Process


1. Review the Guidelines

Before submitting a request, please review the Facility Use Guidelines & Procedures Booklet. This will provide important information about available spaces, responsibilities, expectations, and any associated costs related to facility use.


2. Submit Your Request

After reviewing the guidelines, complete the Facility Use Request Form with your event details and desired date.


3. Confirmation & Approval

A member of the Crosspointe office staff will follow up regarding your request. Once your event has been approved, a $100 deposit will be required to move your reservation from tentative to confirmed.
