Pack Your Own Shoebox


The Samaritan's Purse project Operation Christmas Child collects shoebox gifts filled with fun toys, school supplies, and hygiene items—and delivers them to children in need around the world to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way. For many of these children, the gift-filled shoebox is the first gift they have ever received.


Operation Christmas Child is a long-time, supported ministry partner of Crosspointe. As a Christmas Impact project, Crosspointe has collected and shipped shoeboxes to children around the world for well over 16 years. In 2021, C3 became the local drop-off location for our Wayne County community. In 2022, a team traveled to Aurora, Illinois, to serve at a processing center, preparing boxes for their journey to over 170 countries and territories. In 2023, Crosspointe hosted our first packing party; gathering together and filling 50 shoeboxes! The packing party was such a hit last year, new for 2024, we are expanding to pack 100 boxes at the party!

Shoebox gifts built online go to the ends of the earth to children in some of the hardest-to-reach places—whether deep jungles, city slums, steep mountainsides, or one of more than 1,000 remote Pacific islands. Many of these areas are resistant to the Gospel, for cultural or religious reasons, and are home to numerous unreached people groups, some of whom have never heard the Name of Jesus Christ.  Online boxes are carefully prepared, abiding by strict customs regulations to safeguard partners who will deliver the gifts, as well as the boys and girls who receive them.
